By downloading, accessing, or using Zomi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use this application.
1. Definitions
"App" means the Zomi mobile application and all associated services.
"User" means any individual who downloads, accesses, or uses the App.
"Credits" means virtual currency used to access premium features.
2. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Traitz Tech Co Ltd governing your use of the App. You represent that you are at least 13 years of age.
3. Description of Services
Zomi enables users to create and manage tasks, set reminders, access AI-powered planning, and synchronize data across devices.
4. User Accounts
Some features require Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under your account.
5. Credits and Payments
Credits may be earned through advertisements or purchased via mobile money (MTN, Orange). All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
6. AI Features
AI-powered features are provided "as is." We do not guarantee accuracy of AI recommendations. Users should exercise independent judgment.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the App for unlawful purposes, reverse engineer the App, or exploit reward systems fraudulently.
8. Intellectual Property
The App is the property of Traitz Tech Co Ltd. You retain ownership of content you create.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for loss of data, indirect damages, or service interruptions. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.
11. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon. Disputes shall be resolved in Cameroon courts.
12. Termination
You may terminate by uninstalling the App. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
